Genesis of UtilStop

2024

Ideation

What started as 18 years of watching complex operations run on broken tools became a thesis: service businesses needed an actual operating system, not another booking app. UtilStop was conceived to connect demand, operations, and procurement into one ecosystem.

Q2 2025

Live in Dubai

UtilStop went live in the Dubai market, connecting the first cohort of customers with vetted service professionals and putting the core marketplace to work in the real world.

Q2 2026

The UtilStop Ecosystem

We launched the full ecosystem — the Marketplace, the Operations Engine, and the Procurement Marketplace — turning three previously disconnected layers into one scalable platform for service operators.

Q3 2026

Expansion into India

Building on our UAE foundation, UtilStop expanded into India — bringing the same marketplace, operations, and procurement model to a new market and a new generation of service professionals.
