Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries
Address and resolve customer questions and concerns via phone,
email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
Diagnose customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and
guide them through resolution processes.
- Maintaining Accurate Records
Document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the
company’s CRM or support system.
- Providing Product Knowledge
Stay well-informed about products/services to offer accurate information
and assist customers effectively.
- Escalating Complex Issues
Identify situations requiring advanced support and escalate them to the

- Resourceful with outstanding research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
