Responsibilities:

  • Developing User-Facing Features
    Implement high-quality, reusable code to create intuitive and interactive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Collaborating with Design Teams
    Work alongside Lead to ensure feasibility of designs and partner with other engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Ensuring Cross-Browser and Device Compatibility
    Optimize applications for maximum performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.
  • Maintaining Code Quality and Best Practices
    Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for front-end development, including version control (e.g., Git).

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries
    Address and resolve customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
    Diagnose customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and guide them through resolution processes.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records
    Document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the company’s CRM or support system.
  • Providing Product Knowledge
    Stay well-informed about products/services to offer accurate information and assist customers effectively.
  • Escalating Complex Issues
    Identify situations requiring advanced support and escalate them to the appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary.
