Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Utilstop, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with every booking. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the service completion. Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a re-service at no additional cost.

For cancellations, please note that requests made 48 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost will be charged. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made once the service provider has already been dispatched.

Please note that platform fees are non-refundable for all cancellations, regardless of the cancellation time.

In the rare event of unsatisfactory service where a re-service is not possible, we will issue a refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unfinished portion of the service or the severity of the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

This policy applies to all services booked through the UTILSTOP app and website within the UAE region. For services booked through third-party agents or platforms, their respective refund policies will apply.
